NEXT STEPS

Request a Firm Allocation.

If you wish to invest in the Offer you must ring us on 0800 800 372 to request a Firm Allocation.

We do not accept Firm Allocation requests over our website.

After the bookbuild, we will be able to advise you if a Firm Allocation is available to you. If so, you must provide us with a properly completed Application Form before the Closing Date. If you are having difficulty obtaining the Indicative Terms Sheet and PDS, please contact us and we will endeavour to assist you.

Please note: a Firm Allocation is treated by us as the equivalent of a binding Buy Order (subject to allocation scaling).

IMPORTANT POINTS

To invest in this offer through us you must obtain a Firm Allocation from us.

When we participate in the book build process, we will attempt to obtain an allocation that provides sufficient supply of Bonds to satisfy the aggregate of our customers’ demand for the Offer.

After receiving our allocation (which may be less than what we have requested in the book build process) we will give priority to clients who have requested a Firm Allocation from us before we participated in the book build process.

Once we have received our allocation, we adopt a first come first served distribution methodology when distributing and confirming Firm Allocation requests.

You can still request Firm Allocations at any time until the Offer closes, but they will be subject to availability.

If you have any questions, please contact us on 0800 800 372.
